KARLY OSTEN
Karly takes full advantage of living in the PNW. She spends her time backcountry skiing, rock climbing, mountaineering, and mountain & road biking.
Karly works in outdoor education, sharing her passion for mountains with others. Her buoyant personality and loud laugh mean you’ll probably hear her well before you see her!
Zan Zirbel
Having grown up in Tahoe it’s no surprise Zan has made the outdoors a central part of his life. As a coach, outdoor educator, and member of PMR he strives to share his experience and knowledge with others.
He never shies away from an adventure and although he identifies as a skier, Zan can often be found mountaineering, rock climbing, cycling, or running.
Michael powderly
I am a Bend native and can be found skiing, running, mountain biking, hiking or pretty much anything that gets me outdoors with my family and friends. Although I love the adrenaline, my favorite part is always the beauty of nature and the people that I get to share it with.
I am currently a Data Analyst, working for a company that is based out of Austin, Texas. I have a husband that loves all the things that I do and two amazing teenagers who both pretty much outpace me at everything now. I secretly love it but I am always putting them up to a challenge.
Greta Lindgren
Our youngest athlete has spent her 11.5 years adventuring around Mt. Hood. Greta started skiing at 3 yrs old and now spends her winters ski racing for MAC Ski and Snowboard.
After 6 years on the team, Greta splits time between downhill racing and free ride, trained by Pacific Crust Pizza athlete Zan Zirbel. Greta can't quite decide which event is her favorite, but GS racing and Half Pipe seem to be the front runners!
When she's not skiing, Greta can be found playing competitive soccer for Bridge City Soccer Academy, lacrosse, and volleyball. Not only is Greta a fierce athlete, but she's also a great student, earning straight As at St. John Fisher School in SW Portland. We are excited to see where the world takes her!
